送料・配送について
・10,000円以上のご購入で送料無料となります。
・配送料および発送方法は、商品の重さ・サイズ・内容に応じて当店にて決定いたします。
・実際の送料が一律料金より安くなった場合でも、差額の返金はいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
・実際の送料が一律料金を上回った場合の差額は、当店にて負担いたします。
・別々にご購入いただいた商品の送料をおまとめすることはできません。
・商品に応じて配送方法を当店にて選択するため、お客様からの配送方法のご指定には対応いたしかねます。
・日時指定、お急ぎでの発送には対応しておりません。
・ゆうパックをご希望の場合は、ご注文前にメールにてご相談ください。別途送料を頂戴いたします。なお、商品によってはご対応できない場合がございます。
ご入金確認後、通常5日以内に発送いたします。
ただし、ご注文が集中している場合や天候・配送状況等により、お届けまでにお時間をいただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Shipping Policy (Japan)
Free shipping on orders over 10,000 yen.
Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and contents of the item. We are unable to accept requests for specific shipping methods.
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation (Monday – Friday).
Delivery date and time requests are not available.
Depending on the item, tracking or insurance may not be included. We are not responsible for postal delays, loss, or damage for shipping methods without tracking or insurance.
Multiple orders cannot be combined for shipping after checkout.
Gift wrapping is not available.
We aim to use minimal packaging where possible. Recycled packaging materials may be used for protection.
Shipping Policy (International Orders)
Orders are shipped from Japan using Japan Post or other reliable postal services.
Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Available options may include EMS, Air Small Packet, Letter Pack, Click Post, or similar postal services.
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment has been confirmed.
Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method. When tracking is included, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and postal conditions.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, especially for shipping methods without tracking or insurance.
