返品・交換について
当店ではヴィンテージ・アンティーク商品および新品・セレクト商品を取り扱っております。
ヴィンテージ・アンティーク商品につきましては、経年による小さな傷、色合いの変化、擦れ、わずかな歪みなどが見られる場合がございます。これらは商品の特性であり、不良品には該当いたしません。商品の風合いとしてご理解のうえ、ご購入をお願いいたします。
商品の色味は、お使いのモニター環境や光の加減により実物と多少異なって見える場合がございます。
ご注文後、すぐに発送準備に入る場合があるため、お客様都合によるキャンセル・返品・交換（イメージ違い・サイズ違い・注文間違い等）はお受けしておりません。
万が一、商品に大きな破損や不備、誤配送があった場合には、商品到着後5日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、対応させていただきます。
以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできません。
・商品到着後5日を経過した商品
・ご使用済みの商品
・お客様のもとで破損、汚れが生じた商品
・セール商品
・イメージ違い等、お客様都合による理由
・事前のご連絡なく返送された商品
返品が認められた場合、お客様都合による返品の送料はお客様のご負担となります。
商品に欠陥がある場合や誤配送の場合は、当店にて送料を負担いたします。
受け取り拒否、住所入力間違い、長期不在等により商品が返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a selection of vintage, antique, and carefully curated new items.
Vintage and antique items may show signs of age such as small marks, variations in colour, light scratches, or natural wear. These characteristics are part of the item’s history and are not considered defects.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
As orders are often processed quickly, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, size issues, or differences in personal expectations.
If an item arrives significantly damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us by email within 5 days of delivery, including your order number or proof of purchase. We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Items reported after 5 days of delivery
・Used items
・Items damaged after delivery
・Sale items
・Returns due to change of mind
・Returns sent without prior contact
If a return is approved for customer-related reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If a parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or absence, the reshipping cost will be charged to the customer.
